The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is a voluntary health organization that advocates for research and education around suicide.

The Eggleston Services: Disability Employment Services In VA helps people with disabilities find meaningful jobs and provide community services through our many business ventures.

  Their mission is to bring freedom, dignity, and hope to those affected by exploitation through education, prevention, and survivor support programs. 

 A non-profit organization dedicated to providing critical care and support for pets in need. Their mission is to rescue and rehome animals that are abandoned, abused, or at risk of euthanasia, offering them a second chance at life.  

They are dedicated to providing unique, live, and interactive theatrical shows and family-friendly game shows year-round at the Virginia Beach oceanfront.

The Salvation Army is a global Christian charitable organization dedicated to serving those in need through social services, disaster relief, homelessness support, addiction recovery, and community programs. Founded in 1865, it operates in over 130 countries, offering assistance without discrimination.

Connect With a Wish is a Virginia Beach-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children in local foster care. Founded in 2014, it connects their needs with community generosity through resources, events, and programs. The organization also assists foster families and youth aging out of the system, fostering a brighter future.

The MomAdvocate Foundation is a Virginia Beach-based nonprofit that supports families affected by childhood cancer. Established in 2019, it provides resources, educational programs, and emotional support. The foundation also offers initiatives like the "Fuel for the Journey" program to help with transportation costs for medical appointments.

Paws 2 Rescue is a Virginia Beach-based animal rescue dedicated to giving animals in need new beginnings and second chances through rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming. Their mission includes educating and advocating for families and potential adopters to ensure animals lead happy, healthy lives. 

Working Class Karma, operating as Virginia Art With Heart, is a nonprofit organization based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Established in 2013, its mission is to connect local creative professionals—such as artists, musicians, writers, and performers—with nonprofits and sponsors to collaboratively raise funds and awareness for various charitable causes. 

A nonprofit focused on building affordable homes and strengthening communities in the South Hampton Roads area. Since 1988, it has helped over 200 families through its homeownership and critical repair programs. Habitat SHR also operates ReStores, which sell donated items to fund its mission. Volunteers and donations are key to supporting its work.

Regent University is a private Christian university in Virginia Beach, founded in 1977. It offers a variety of degree programs and has approximately 10,365 students. The university’s athletic teams, the Royals, compete in the NCCAA and are transitioning to NCAA Division III.                                                                  

\The Ability Center of Virginia is a nonprofit in Virginia Beach supporting individuals with developmental disabilities like cerebral palsy, autism, and Down syndrome. Their mission is to promote independence and community inclusion for children and adults.

Pennies for PAWS is a nonprofit based in Smithfield, Virginia, focused on supporting animal welfare through fundraising, community awareness, and education. Established in 2019, it serves as a resource for animal shelters and individuals involved in animal care.

Billy the Kidden Rescue saves and finds homes for at-risk cats in Hampton Roads through TNR, fostering, and adoption. 

Warrior for Life Fund supports wounded warriors, veterans, and their families through adaptive sports, rehabilitation programs, and community engagement.

Helping Hands Resource, Inc. is a Virginia Beach-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting the community through essential resources and youth programs. They offer workshops, events, and volunteer opportunities to make a positive impact in Hampton Roads.

Soul Fitness Ministries blends faith and fitness, strengthening both body and spirit through prayer, biblical teachings, and wellness activities. It fosters spiritual growth, community, and holistic well-being.

Relay For Life is a community-based fundraising event for the American Cancer Society, uniting people to celebrate cancer survivors, honor loved ones, and raise funds for cancer research and support services. Teams take turns walking a track, symbolizing the ongoing fight against cancer.
